PIZZA INN Privacy Policy
PIZZA INN regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all PIZZA INN users, and conforms to privacy standards. Collection of Information
To order from PIZZA INN, we may require information from you to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by PIZZA INN is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from PIZZA INN customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), we encrypt that information using secure encryption. When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. If you wish for us to store your details for future use, we will only store the reference token with the Payment Gateway. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Access to Collected Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by contacting your store directly.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Delivery Policy
Additional information is collected when you order online. This information assists in the delivery of your order and to verify your credit card and other methods of payment.
Please ensure the address you have supplied is correct as re-delivery will incur a fee. We are unable to accept responsibility for non delivery of orders if you have supplied the incorrect address or telephone contact details.
COVID-19 Contact Tracing
We are required to collect the personal information of dine-in customers in accordance with the relevant laws. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Communications
PIZZA INN uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. or SMS. texts. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing office@pizzainn.com.au. You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
Third Parties
PIZZA INN may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
PIZZA INN does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
Legal
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or a legal process served on us.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pizza Inn’s liability in relation to any product or service purchased is limited to the lesser of: (a) the replacement of any product purchased; or (b) the purchase price paid by you for the product or service.
Products
Pizza Inn aims to include on our website up to date images and accurate product ingredients, nutritional and other information. However, product details may change from time to time and there may be a delay in making updates. If any product ordered from Pizza Inn that you receive isn’t as described or shown on pizzainn.com.au, please contact your local branch to request updated information.
Allergen-free or gluten-free products
Pizza Inn stores will endeavour to provide allergen-free or gluten-free pizzas if requested by you, but traces of allergens or gluten may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations. We cannot guarantee that your order will be 100% allergen or gluten free.
Vegan products
Pizza Inn stores will endeavour to provide vegan products if requested by you, but traces of meat and dairy products may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations. We cannot guarantee that all vegan products will be 100% free from animal products.
Vegetarian products
Pizza Inn stores will endeavour to provide meat free products if requested by you, but traces of meat may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations. We cannot guarantee that all vegetarian products will be 100% meat free.
Products may contain traces of allergens: gluten, milk, nuts, soy, fish/seafood, egg, sesame seeds, sulphites, and other ingredients: meat and meat products, olive pits, onion, garlic and chilli.
Subject to law, Pizza Inn will not be liable for any costs, fees, claims, damages, charges whatsoever, including medical and dental costs, if a customer has any adverse reaction (including dental damage) to a product sold through a Pizza Inn store.
Images
The images used on our website are a representation of our products. Occasionally there may be slight variations to the products supplied due to seasonal changes in products or cooking times. Menu subject to change without notice.
Links
Links on the PIZZA INN site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of http://www.pizzainn.com.au.
PIZZA INN Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will, at our discretion, provide you with a full (or part) refund or an instore credit voucher to the same (or part) value. In order to receive refund or replacement at least 3/4 of the product must be returned to the store for inspection.
As these are perishable goods, refunds and returns will only be accepted on the day of purchase. Please contact the store you purchased from within the set time frame if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that they can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods that were not purchased on the day you raise the complaint, which were damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
Instore vouchers can only be redeemed at the issuing store.
PIZZA INN Security Policy
Some PIZZA INN stores use the eWAY Payment Gateway for processing and storing over-the-phone credit card transactions. eWAY processes credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments. All credit card transactions performed using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by PIZZA INN or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre,
- further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks. eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by the PIZZA INN franchisee.
